Frankie is a Matron who completed a year secondment as a Clinical Leadership Fellow with the Improvement Academy. Her work focused on the Mental Health Mortality Review Programme, Second Victim Support Website and Supporting care homes to manage deteriorating patients.

Frankie has been a Matron since 2007 and has worked within intermediate care and across several surgical specialities. Frankie is focussing on the Mental health Mortality Review Programme, Second Victim Support Website and Supporting care homes to manage deteriorating patients.

Prior to joining the Future Leaders Programme Frankie had spent a year with the Risk and Governance Team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust focussing on clinical risk and inquest management.
