Improvement Academy Director
Beverley has overall responsibility for directing the Improvement Academy work programme and leading the Academy team. A psychologist by background, Beverley has a track record of delivering healthcare service improvement and large scale change across all sectors of healthcare since the early 2000’s.
Beverley’s work within Bradford Institute for Health Research has included working on integrating behaviour change methods into standard quality improvement approaches, developing networks of practitioners as a key vehicle for learning and improvement, integrating implementation science with improvement science, and promoting action orientated approaches within the Improvement Academy.
Beverley is proud that the Improvement Academy philosophy continues to evolve through continued active learning between frontline clinical practitioners, lay members, and applied academics.
Our partnerships are centred in the Yorkshire and Humber region but extend nationally. We are continuously developing our partnerships and relationships with health and care organisations.
